I’ve worked in the food industry for a long time. And I still love every day of it. But I also love being able to write and share recipes, something I don’t get to do as much in my day to day life. So I’ve decided to put them up here, as well as anything else food related that I have come up with.

I love the 80s. I love technology. I love 80s technology.
So I made a YouTube channel about it. Sure, I’m not the biggest one out there, but I have fun doing it.

And I have been working on designing and building items with my 3D printer. At the moment it’s mostly display stands for retro computers, and random parts to help with that.

And studying Ethical AI.

I’ve spent most of my life interested in Artificial Intelligence, but I’ve never been a good coder. I got my Masters Degree in Ethics, and now I write a Substack on the intersection of Ethics and AI.
